Sports and healthy style of our life

Nowadays our life is getting more and more intensive. We live under the press of different problems. But I am sure that the best way to be in good shape and in the good mood is to lead a healthy lifestyle. 

Playing sports and following the sport diet is the key of healthy life. Some people when they heard the word “diet” think that it is only the way to lose weight. It is not so. But sport diet is also the way to make your body healthy and stronger, to make you feel better day by day, to make your work outs be efficient. Actually it is not easy because of diversity of food, but you should reduce amount of fats, sugar, oil, salt and eat more vegetables, fruits (preferably in the morning) and of course products with high content of protein. 



The state of your body and physique depend on how regularly you doing sports. You should be looking for any opportunity for doing sports every day and everywhere. There are so many kinds of sports and everyone can choose what he like. 

I consider that you can make your body perfect only thanks to sport. As for me, I choose gym and fitness. Actually, I think the most beautiful girl’s bodies are made in gym.



Moreover, sports develop in us an ability to set and reach goals in every areas of life. 

Finally, I want to say how I admire old people who made sports a lifestyle. They are an example to follow for youth generation. Here are two videos of old Russian woman (72 y.o.) and old Ukrainian man (71 y.o.) who are the motivations for all of us. 



Hope sport is in your life. And make it your lifestyle, not a duty!

  2. Haha, i think those old people are better than me! I entirely agree with your opinion. In fact, i'm going to gym now, but the problems are foods and life cycle. I get up different time in everyday, so it is too hard to eat meal regularly. Anyway, i wish your good healthy, thanks for your information!

  3. To be healthy and to be successful, I think to exercise and enjoying sports is a essential part. From your blog post with an objective data, it is clear that to live healthy life, having a lifestyle of exercising routinely is an shortcut.
    I especially get impressed from the movie you tagged. The fact that even senior people can exercise just like young people is a great impulse for me to exercise
    regularly.
